Gcloud Technology Sdn. Bhd. processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Furthermore, each newsletter contains a link with which you can unsubscribe.

5. How long do we keep personal data?

Gcloud Technology Sdn. Bhd. does not store your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes for which your data was collected.

  • Customers, duration of the contract term, then a maximum of 24 months

  • Website visitors, up to 3 months

  • Newsletter, until deregistration

  • Contact form data, to handle a question or issue

The data will then be deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which your data was collected unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer retention (such as the seven-year tax retention obligation for payment data).

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

Gcloud Technology Sdn. Bhd. shares your personal data with carefully selected third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and/or to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Gcloud Technology Sdn. Bhd. remains responsible for these processing operations.

Gcloud Technology Sdn. Bhd. uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies.
